Slow Down and Practice Mindfulness Today Read the following short article and try the exercises. Avoid number two. At the end of the day, write a brief journal response about your experience. Namaste.
Seniors and Sophomore Check Daily Today you will use the info you have gathered to compose your response to the pull question: What does it mean to be a man today? Use your own experiences with the data you read. Treat this as a timed writing. Set a timer for 45 minutes and write. When the time is up, spend 5 minutes to grammar/spell/punctuation check. Then submit this week's work to turnitin. Have a great weekend and stay well.

Seniors and Sophomores Check Daily 1. TODAY you will create a list of quotes from the three "man" articles that you read YESTERDAY. You will use them TOMORROW to answer the following pull question: What does it mean to me a man today? 2. ALSO today, create your own "man card" in a google slide that represents what you seriously believe are the qualities of a good man today. You can have fun but be school appropriate. If you can, insert the slide into your google doc for the week and submit to turnitin on Friday. If not, you can share your slide with me.
Happy Birthday Alexis!
